2. 资格与账号
服务面向年满 18 岁的个人和合法成立的机构。你须提供准确资料、保护账号凭据，并对账号下的活动负责。发现未经授权使用时应立即联系我们。不得转售、共享或以自动化方式批量创建账号。
3. 当前免费试用
本网站目前不接受付款。账号内显示的体验权益只用于免费测试报告流程，不是储值、货币、证券或可兑换资产，也没有现金价值。
我们可为公平使用、防止滥用或测试需要调整免费权益、模板、配额和可用功能。正式收费前，我们会公布价格、付款和退款安排，并在接受任何款项前更新相关条款。
4. 服务内容
OCTOHAWK 根据用户定义的市场、平台、产品、品牌、创作者或研究范围，提供自动化数据整理、分析和报告工具。服务仍处于试用阶段，功能、数据覆盖、交付时间和模板可能调整、中断或停止。
5. 用户输入与合法使用
你保留对合法提交内容的权利，并授予我们在提供、保护和改进服务所需范围内处理该内容的许可。你确认有权提交相关资料，且提交和使用不会违反法律、保密义务、平台规则或第三方权利。
不得提交违法、侵权、欺诈、恶意代码、身份盗用材料，或与任务无关的敏感个人资料；不得使用服务骚扰、歧视、跟踪个人，规避平台限制，或作出对个人具有法律或类似重大影响的全自动决定。
6. 数据来源与报告限制
服务可能使用公开或获授权的数据来源。数据可能不完整、延迟、被平台修改或包含第三方错误；系统生成的报告也可能出现遗漏或不准确。
报告仅供一般商业研究和内部决策参考，不构成法律、财务、投资、税务、医疗或其他专业意见。你应核验来源、样本、日期和限制，并由具备相应能力的人对重要决策进行复核。我们不保证任何市场表现、收入、排名或业务结果。
7. 知识产权

OCTOHAWK is operated by HONG KONG CANGYING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (Hong Kong Company No. 80835651, "we", "us" or the "Company"). By creating an account, accessing the report center or submitting a task, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If acting for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The service is for individuals aged 18 or above and lawfully established organisations. Provide accurate information, protect credentials and take responsibility for account activity. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use. Accounts may not be resold, shared or created in bulk through automation.
3. Current Free Trial
The site does not currently accept payment. Trial credits shown in an account are solely for free testing of report workflows. They are not stored value, currency, securities or redeemable assets and have no cash value.
We may adjust trial credits, templates, limits and available features for fair use, abuse prevention or testing. Before paid service begins, we will publish pricing, payment and refund arrangements and update the applicable terms before accepting funds.
4. Service
OCTOHAWK provides automated data organisation, analysis and reporting based on user-defined markets, platforms, products, brands, creators or research scopes. The service is in trial. Features, data coverage, delivery times and templates may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.
5. Inputs and Lawful Use
You retain rights in content lawfully submitted and grant us permission to process it as necessary to provide, protect and improve the service. You confirm authority to submit it and that submission and use do not violate law, confidentiality, platform rules or third-party rights.
Do not submit illegal, infringing, fraudulent or malicious material, identity-theft content, or sensitive personal data unrelated to the task. Do not use the service to harass, discriminate against or track individuals, evade platform controls, or make solely automated decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Sources and Report Limitations
The service may use public or licensed sources. Data may be incomplete, delayed, changed by platforms or contain third-party errors. System-generated reports may contain omissions or inaccuracies.
Reports are for general business research and internal decision support, not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or other professional advice. Verify sources, samples, dates and limitations and apply qualified human review to important decisions. We do not guarantee market performance, revenue, rankings or business outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, software, brand, templates and interface belong to the Company or its licensors. Except for third-party materials and unless otherwise agreed, we grant a non-exclusive licence to use delivered reports for internal business purposes. Third-party marks, content and data remain with their owners; you are responsible for permissions needed for further copying, publication or commercial use.
8. Availability, Suspension and Termination
We use reasonable efforts to operate the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict or suspend it for maintenance, security, law, provider failure or abuse prevention. Serious or repeated breach may result in suspension or closure. 9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for reliance on unverified reports, third-party platform changes, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Privacy, Changes and General Terms
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice of material changes; continued use means acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
11. Governing Law and Contact
