1. 当前不接受付款

OCTOHAWK 目前处于免费试用阶段，不接受信用卡、银行转账、电子钱包或其他形式的付款。因此，现阶段不会向用户扣款，也不存在现金退款。

2. 免费体验权益

账号内显示的权益仅用于体验报告流程，不是已购买服务、储值或货币，没有现金价值，不可出售、转让、提现或兑换。因任务技术失败而返还体验权益，只是恢复免费使用额度，不构成退款。

3. 异常扣款

如你认为有人以 OCTOHAWK 或本公司名义向你收款，请不要继续付款，并立即通过 zengmiaomiao@seamew.net 联系我们，提供日期、金额、付款渠道和不含完整账号的凭证。我们会调查，但不会要求你通过聊天发送完整银行卡资料、密码或验证码。

4. 将来启用收费

计划正式价格为每个权益 US$0.99，报告最低使用 1 个权益；网站展示的套餐属于未来计划价格。企业收款账户开通后，我们会在接受任何付款前确认最终币种、价格、税费、服务内容、取消条件、退款资格、处理时间和付款服务商。任何收费只适用于明确同意并完成付款的交易，不会追溯收取免费试用费用。

1. No Payments Accepted

OCTOHAWK is currently in free trial and does not accept credit cards, bank transfers, wallets or any other payment. Users are not charged, so there are currently no cash refunds.

2. Free Trial Credits

Credits displayed in an account are solely for trying report workflows. They are not purchased services, stored value or currency, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed. Restoration of trial credits after a technical task failure only restores free usage and is not a refund.

3. Unexpected Charges

If anyone appears to charge you in the name of OCTOHAWK or the Company, do not continue payment. Email zengmiaomiao@seamew.net with the date, amount, channel and evidence that excludes full account details. We will investigate and will never request full card details, passwords or verification codes through chat.

4. Future Paid Service

The planned list price is US$0.99 per credit and reports start at 1 credit. Packages shown on the site are planned future prices. After a business payment account is enabled, we will confirm final currency, price, taxes, service, cancellation conditions, refund eligibility, processing times and payment provider before accepting funds. Charges will apply only to transactions expressly accepted and paid for; free-trial use will not be charged retroactively.
