1. 付款适用范围
只有在 OCTOHAWK 充值中心明确显示充值可用、列明币种与金额，并跳转至受支持的第三方托管付款页时，我们才会接受付款。当前可用状态以充值中心为准；免费试用不会被追溯收费。
Credits 补充包的价格、基础 Credits、会员赠送、有效期和最终应付金额以提交付款前的页面及托管收银台为准。付款资料由付款服务商处理；请勿通过聊天向我们发送完整卡号、密码或验证码。
2. Credits 属性
免费或已购买 Credits 仅用于使用 OCTOHAWK 服务，不是储值、法定货币、证券或可兑换资产，没有独立现金价值，不可出售、转让、提现或兑换。任务技术失败导致的 Credits 返还仅恢复使用额度，本身不构成现金退款。
3. Credits 补充包退款
目前账号内的线上退款报价和申请功能暂不开放。待正式开放后，对符合条件的已支付 Credits 补充包，退款报价将使用该订单的实付币种和金额，按基础 Credits 的实际单价扣除已消费 Credits 的价值，并且不超过实付金额。退款成功后，该笔补充包尚未消费的基础及赠送 Credits 会一并撤销。
若该笔 Credits 已全部消费、付款尚未最终成功、付款方式不支持退款、超过付款服务商或合同允许的退款期限，或法律另有要求，退款可能不可用。最终结果以付款服务商确认的退款状态为准。
4. 处理时间、异常和争议
获批退款会退回原付款方式。付款服务商接受退款后，实际到账时间取决于付款方式、发卡机构和结算网络。请勿因处理中的退款重复申请。
如你发现重复、未经授权或金额不符的扣款，请尽快通过 manlei19811211@proton.me 联系我们，并提供日期、金额、付款渠道和已遮盖敏感资料的凭证。直接向银行提出拒付可能导致相关交易和账号进入争议审查；这不限制你依法享有的权利。

1. When Payments Apply
We accept payment only when the OCTOHAWK recharge centre expressly shows that top-up is available, displays the currency and amount, and redirects you to a supported third-party hosted checkout. Current availability is shown in the recharge centre. Free-trial use is never charged retroactively.
The package price, base Credits, membership bonus, validity and final amount are those shown before submission and at hosted checkout. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider. Never send us full card details, passwords or verification codes through chat.
2. Nature of Credits
Free and purchased Credits may only be used for OCTOHAWK services. They are not stored value, currency, securities or redeemable assets, have no independent cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged. Credits restored after a technical task failure restore usage only and are not a cash refund.
3. Credit Package Refunds
Online refund quotes and requests are not currently available in the account. If enabled in the future, an eligible paid Credit package will be quoted in the currency and amount actually paid for that order. The value of consumed Credits will be deducted using the effective price per base Credit, and the quote will never exceed the amount paid. When a refund succeeds, all remaining base and bonus Credits from that package are revoked.
A refund may be unavailable if all package Credits have been consumed, payment has not finally succeeded, the payment method does not support refunds, the provider or contractual refund window has expired, or law requires otherwise. The payment provider's confirmed refund status is final.
4. Timing, Errors and Disputes
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Arrival time after provider acceptance depends on the payment method, issuer and network. Do not submit duplicate requests while a refund is processing.
For a duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charge, promptly email manlei19811211@proton.me with the date, amount, payment channel and evidence with sensitive details masked. A direct bank chargeback may place the transaction and account into dispute review; this does not limit your statutory rights.
